Privacy Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\r\n This\u00a0Agreement\u00a0on\u00a0Privacy\u00a0and\u00a0Protection\u00a0of\u00a0Personal\u00a0Data (hereinafter – the\u00a0Agreement) is\u00a0an\u00a0integral\u00a0part\u00a0of\u00a0the<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Terms<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>of<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Use<\/strong>, concluded\u00a0between\u00a0the User and\u00a0the\u00a0Charitable\u00a0organization “VALERIA GUZEMA CHARITABLE FOUNDATION” by\u00a0joining\u00a0the User in\u00a0accordance\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0provisions\u00a0of Art. 634 of\u00a0the\u00a0Civil\u00a0Code\u00a0of\u00a0Ukraine\u00a0and\u00a0provides\u00a0the\u00a0following:<\/p>\r\n \u00ab<\/strong>User<\/strong>\u00bb<\/strong> – any individual who has ever accessed the Site and has reached the age acceptable for acceptance of the User Agreement posted on the Site and this Policy.<\/p>\r\n \u00ab<\/strong>Site<\/strong>\u00bb<\/strong> – \u00a0guzema-foundation.com<\/u><\/a>\u00a0and all its other elements\/sections\/parts\/web pages located at the specified domain address.<\/p>\r\n \u00ab<\/strong>Organization<\/strong>\u00bb<\/strong> – the owner of the Site \u2013 the\u00a0Charitable\u00a0organization “VALERIA GUZEMA CHARITABLE FOUNDATION”.<\/p>\r\n \u00ab<\/strong>Personal data<\/strong>\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 information or a set of information about the User that is identified or can be specifically identified.<\/p>\r\n \u00ab<\/strong>\u00a0Processing of personal data<\/strong>\u00bb<\/strong> – any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and distribution (spreading, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including the use of information (automated) systems.<\/p>\r\n \u00ab<\/strong>Cookie<\/strong>\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>– a piece of data created by the Site and stored on the User’s computer in the form of one or more files. Cookies do not contain personal data and may be blocked by the Member at any time.<\/p>\r\n This Agreement defines the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, using and disclosing personal data provided to the Organization by the User when using the Site. By using any part of the Site, the User grants the Organization the right to receive, store, process, use and disclose the User’s personal data under the terms of this Agreement.<\/p>\r\n When the User uses the Site, the Organization processes the User’s data, namely:<\/p>\r\n When visiting the site, all logins to the system are recorded. Other information about the User’s traffic is not processed or stored. The organization collects data on statistics of site visits. The information may include information about the connection, traffic, the User’s browser, as well as the date, time, duration of work on the Internet and stay on the site.<\/p>\r\n Processing and storage of personal data is carried out in data centers, which houses the equipment that ensures the operation of site services. The provided personal data is processed and can be stored in the personal data base or a separate table of the site database.<\/p>\r\n Personal data of the user is used in order to ensure the provision of Internet services of the site, exchange of information\/news, relations in the field of advertising and communication.<\/p>\r\n Personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary in accordance with the purpose of their processing.<\/p>\r\n The\u00a0Organization\u00a0cares\u00a0about\u00a0its\u00a0users\u00a0and\u00a0tries\u00a0to\u00a0make\u00a0the\u00a0stay\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0site\u00a0as\u00a0comfortable\u00a0as\u00a0possible. To\u00a0do\u00a0this, we\u00a0need\u00a0to\u00a0use\u00a0cookies\u00a0to\u00a0analyze\u00a0the\u00a0behavior, preferences\u00a0and\u00a0interests\u00a0of\u00a0the User. This\u00a0analysis\u00a0will\u00a0help\u00a0improve\u00a0the\u00a0experience\u00a0of\u00a0interacting\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0site, determine\u00a0the\u00a0most\u00a0user-friendly\u00a0interface\u00a0and\u00a0navigation.<\/p>\r\n The\u00a0organization\u00a0uses\u00a0the\u00a0following\u00a0categories\u00a0of\u00a0cookies:<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n The\u00a0configuration\u00a0settings\u00a0for\u00a0cookies\u00a0for\u00a0mobile\u00a0web\u00a0browsers\u00a0may\u00a0vary; full-fledged\u00a0work\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0site\u00a0is\u00a0available\u00a0only\u00a0when\u00a0using\u00a0cookies; disabling\u00a0cookies\u00a0may\u00a0restrict\u00a0access\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0content\u00a0and\u00a0malfunction\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0site’s\u00a0services.<\/p>\r\n When the User uses the site, the codes of other Internet resources and third parties may be present on its pages, as a result of which such Internet resources and third parties receive User data.<\/p>\r\n Therefore, these Internet resources may receive and process information that the User has visited these pages, as well as other information transmitted by the User’s browser.<\/p>\r\n Such Internet resources can be:<\/p>\r\n The use of these services is necessary for the operational analysis of site visits, internal and external evaluation of site traffic, depth of views, activity of users. The data received from these services are not stored or processed by the Organization. Accordingly, if the User for any reason does not want these services to access his personal data, the User may, at his discretion, clear cookies (through his browser).<\/p>\r\n The\u00a0Organization\u00a0shall\u00a0not\u00a0transfer\u00a0personal\u00a0data\u00a0to\u00a0third\u00a0parties, except\u00a0in\u00a0cases\u00a0where\u00a0such\u00a0transfer\u00a0is\u00a0required\u00a0by\u00a0law, at\u00a0the\u00a0request\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0personal\u00a0data\u00a0subject\u00a0or\u00a0in\u00a0other\u00a0cases\u00a0set\u00a0forth\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0Agreement. The\u00a0Organization\u00a0understands\u00a0that\u00a0personal\u00a0information\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0value\u00a0and\u00a0inalienable\u00a0content, including\u00a0personal\u00a0intangible\u00a0rights\u00a0of\u00a0any\u00a0individual, and\u00a0therefore\u00a0takes\u00a0all\u00a0possible\u00a0measures\u00a0to\u00a0protect\u00a0personal\u00a0information\u00a0of\u00a0Users, voluntarily\u00a0and\u00a0knowingly\u00a0transmitted\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0latter\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Organization. The\u00a0Website\u00a0may\u00a0contain\u00a0links\u00a0to\u00a0other\u00a0websites (for\u00a0informational\u00a0purposes\u00a0only).\u00a0If you link to other websites, this Agreement will not apply to such websites. Therefore, the Organization recommends that you review the Agreement on Privacy and Protection of Personal Data of each website before transmitting any personally identifiable information.<\/p>\r\n The\u00a0Organization\u00a0uses\u00a0generally\u00a0accepted\u00a0standards\u00a0of\u00a0technological\u00a0and\u00a0operational\u00a0protection\u00a0of\u00a0information\u00a0and\u00a0personal\u00a0data\u00a0from\u00a0loss, misuse, alteration\u00a0or\u00a0destruction. However, despite\u00a0all\u00a0efforts, the\u00a0Organization\u00a0cannot\u00a0guarantee\u00a0absolute\u00a0protection\u00a0from\u00a0any\u00a0threats\u00a0that\u00a0arise\u00a0outside\u00a0of\u00a0regulation.\u00a0The\u00a0Organization\u00a0provides\u00a0access\u00a0to\u00a0information\u00a0and\u00a0personal\u00a0data\u00a0only\u00a0to\u00a0authorized\u00a0employees\u00a0who\u00a0have\u00a0agreed\u00a0to\u00a0ensure\u00a0the\u00a0confidentiality\u00a0of\u00a0such\u00a0information\u00a0and\u00a0data\u00a0in\u00a0accordance\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0requirements\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Organization. Distribution of\u00a0personal\u00a0data\u00a0without\u00a0the\u00a0consent\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0data\u00a0subject\u00a0or\u00a0his\/her\u00a0authorized\u00a0person\u00a0is\u00a0permitted\u00a0in\u00a0cases\u00a0specified\u00a0by\u00a0law\u00a0and\u00a0only (if\u00a0necessary) in\u00a0the\u00a0interests\u00a0of\u00a0national\u00a0security, economic\u00a0well-being\u00a0and\u00a0protection\u00a0of\u00a0human\u00a0rights.<\/p>\r\n The procedure for access to personal data of third parties is determined by the terms of the User’s consent provided to the owner of personal data for the processing of such data or in accordance with the requirements of the law. The user has the right to receive any information about himself from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided that the surname, name and patronymic, place of residence (location) and details of the document certifies the natural person who submits the request, except in cases established by law. The user has access to personal data free of charge.<\/p>\r\n The\u00a0Organization\u00a0informs\u00a0the User about\u00a0his\u00a0rights\u00a0as a subject\u00a0of\u00a0personal\u00a0data, which\u00a0are\u00a0regulated\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Law\u00a0of\u00a0Ukraine “On\u00a0Personal\u00a0Data\u00a0Protection”, namely:<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n To update, access, modify, block or delete your personal data, withdraw consent to the processing of personal data provided by you to the Organization under this Agreement, or in the event of any comments, suggestions or claims regarding personal data that processed by the Organization, the User has the right to apply to the following address: guzemacharity@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\r\n This Agreement may be amended and supplemented from time to time and without prior notice to the User, including when changing the requirements of the law.
